Egg Chicken Kalakki
CHICKEN KALAKKI
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 2 pieces (boneless)
Egg - 1
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Kabab masala - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/8 tsp
Salt & Oil - required quantity
Water
METHOD:
- Add salt, kabab masala, water to the chicken and allow it to boil.
- Water should gets dried completely, check whether the chicken is cooked. If not add little more water to cook.
- Make the chicken into pieces.
- Add egg, salt, chilli powder, garam masala to the chicken pieces.
- Heat kadai, add oil.
- Mix well the egg and pour it to the kadai.
- Cook it as normal egg kalakki
