CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN

CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken - 150 gm                                                      
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
Red colour - pinch
Salt - required quantity
Black salt - to sprinkle
Oil - to fry

METHOD:


  1. Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients (except corn flour and rice flour) for 1 hour. 
  2. Now add corn flour and rice flour to the chicken, sprinkle some water to mix the flour well with chicken.
  3. Now shallow fry the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle some black salt over it before serving.
