CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN
CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 150 gm
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
Red colour - pinch
Salt - required quantity
Black salt - to sprinkle
Oil - to fry
METHOD:
- Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients (except corn flour and rice flour) for 1 hour.
- Now add corn flour and rice flour to the chicken, sprinkle some water to mix the flour well with chicken.
- Now shallow fry the chicken.
- Sprinkle some black salt over it before serving.
